Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
We do not accept returns on intimate apparel (such as underwear or swimwear bottoms), items marked as final sale, or products that show signs of wear.
Gift cards are non‑returnable.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, refund posting delays are common.

Sale Items
Only regular‑priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@kalypso.es and send your item to Calle Andorra 5, 2º1º l’Hospitalet 08906.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}.
Our working hours are Mon–Fri, 11:00–19:00.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Refunds for Shipping Costs (Europe vs. International)
- Orders within Europe: If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the product and the original shipping cost.
- Orders outside Europe: If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the product only. Original shipping costs are not refundable for international orders.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For higher‑value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
