Buying at kalypso.es is very simple. You just have to follow the following steps:
You go to the store:
Select a product, the number of units and add the item to the basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
If you want to continue buying, repeat the process. Then, click on the order button to start the purchase process.
Enter all the information requested, shipping and billing address and make sure they are correct.
Select a payment method: Visa or Paypal.
Confirm the order and proceed, where appropriate, to payment.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
Once your order is made, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, contact email@example.com.
Can I remove an item from my order?
Yes. From the shopping basket you can delete the items you do not want as long as you have not processed the order.
In which countries can you shop online?
Currently you can make your purchase in Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland , Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Rep., Romania, Sweden.
Do they replace the articles with the indication “sold out”?
If an item is out of stock, we will try to replace it as soon as possible. If there was no stock, on the web it would indicate that it is out of stock. You can request that we notify you when it arrives.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
kalypso.es only sells items in perfect condition, so if, exceptionally, an item arrives with a defect, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an article that you have not ordered, contact email@example.com.
What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?
We have the following payment methods: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Paypal and Bank Transfer.
For what reason can my credit card be rejected?
Your card can be rejected for one of the following reasons
The card could be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
Some data entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?
Yes, the data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. The payment system will be made through the PayPal secure payment gateway.
Where I can get my order?
You can receive it at the address you choose (address, work, etc.) or pick it up at the post office.
Can the country of delivery be different from the country of purchase?
The delivery country must always coincide with the purchase country.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If you live in the peninsula, the delivery time is 2-3 business days, unless the order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, in which case the order will be processed the first business day after the day the order is placed. For destinations such as the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and the rest of Europe, the delivery time is approximately 3-5 days.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
The shipping costs to the Peninsula are 3 EUR + VAT; Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla are € 6 + VAT; for the Canary Islands they are 7 EUR
For other countries 6-11 €, check shipping costs.
How can I know where my order is?
You will receive an email from the parcel company with the tracking data. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the home delivery process?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail when your order leaves the warehouse and the carrier will contact you to inform you of the delivery of the order.
What should I do to give the item back?
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Otherwise, don’t worry, you have 7 days to request a change, write email@example.com indicating the order number and we will send you the return form.
We reimburse the return cost only in the unlikely event that the item has obvious factory defects. In that case we will also offer you a refund of the purchase amount for the items. In any other case, you will receive a voucher to redeem in our store with an expiration of one year.
Returns of used products will not be accepted.
All labels must be intact

Is it possible to receive periodic information in my email with the latest news and offers from kalypso.es?
Yes. Simply sign up for the “Newsletter” and you will receive information on the latest news from kalypso.es. You have that form at the bottom of the store screen and the other pages of our website.
Can I unsubscribe from the Newsletter?
In the “Newsletter” section you can easily unsubscribe. Cover the data and select “send”.
