How to Shop
- Choose the category where the product(s) you want to buy are located.
- View the product(s) you’re interested in. Click to enlarge the photo; some products have multiple images. You can also check the description, composition, reference, and price.
- Select a product, the number of units, and add it to your cart. Then, you can choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
- If you want to continue shopping, repeat the process. Once ready, click the “Place Order” button to start the checkout process.
- Enter all the required details, including your shipping and billing address, and make sure they’re correct.
- Select a payment method: Visa, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.
- Confirm your order and, if applicable, proceed with payment.
- You will receive an email confirming your order.

How can I ensure my purchase was successful? Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive it, contact us at info@kalypso.es. Can I remove an item from my order? Yes, you can remove items from your cart as long as you haven’t completed the checkout process. Which countries can I shop from online? Currently, you can shop in Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, and Sweden. If an item is sold out, we will try to restock it as soon as possible, though we cannot guarantee the same colors will return. If the item is out of stock, it will be marked as such on the website. Shipping and Returns
Where can I receive my order? You can receive your order at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.) or pick it up at a collection point. Can the delivery country differ from the purchase country? No, the delivery country must match the purchase country. How long will my order take to arrive?- Preparation time is 3–5 business days.
- Shipments via Mondial Relay typically take 3–5 days to reach the collection point. A 24-hour delivery option is available for mainland Spain.
- For destinations such as the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the rest of Europe, delivery takes approximately 5–7 days.
